(More customer reviews)Item is expensive for what you get but is well made, sturdy, and easy to install...IF you have all the parts. Kit was missing required allen screws necessary to install it. Called Warmrails customer service as directed in package insert. The person was clueless about the product - sent me an entire new wall mount kit which also was missing the allen screws. Called back and talked with a new service rep that informed me that they bought out the company and had discontinued the product and probably would not have any replacement parts. She did call back the next day and said the warehouse did have spare allen screws which she would send me. I tried to find similar screws at several local hardware stores but they did not carry any that had the correct size head for the size bolt necessary. They also were not chrome finished to match the brackets, which is an issue since the screws are quite visible on top. Hope they send the correct screws, otherwise the wall mount kit is useless or functional and ugly.

Step straight out of the bath into a warmed towel thanks to the electric wall-mountable rack from Warmrails. The rack is also excellent for drying delicates, hand washables, and swimwear, preventing unnecessary laundry loads. The Alexandria model features extra-large flat panels for maximum heat output, and it takes approximately 15 minutes to reach operating temperature. Constructed from solid aluminum with a chrome-plated finish, the rack comes with four mounting brackets and is easy to assemble on arrival. The Alexandria is also available in a portable, free-standing floor model. The wall-mountable rack plugs into a standard electrical outlet and uses an energy-saving Filatherm dry heating element. UL and CUL listed, the rack has a 119 watt rating and uses 120v AC. It measures 5 inches deep by 28 inches wide by 37 inches long, and it comes covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Available separately is a smaller wall-mountable rack model called the Hampton, which is identical to the Alexandria in every way, except for panel size and heat output.
