(More customer reviews)I have bought two in the last three years, and both have broken in the area by the bottom heating element. Penn Plaz has a full lifetime warranty, but keep the number, because upon return, they will ask you what item number it is. I guess they don't have the availability to either look it up, or have the number on the product itself.
