I've been reading about kerosene and heaters as I've become the proud owner of a filthy spidery little heater left behind in my parent's basement, so I'm educating myself. I'm purchasing the gallon size of kerosene for a little over $8 from this same company. That's right - 1 gal = 8 dollars and change.
That's the first clue that this item on this page is NOT a double pack of gallons. Second big clue, Sherlock, is that the item numbers are shown in the descriptions and the item number for the container size you're screaming about corresponds to 2.5 gallons. So you'd be getting a double pack of 2.5 gallons, not a double pack of 1 gal. So relax. Mail-order kerosene is probably not the cheapest way to get it, but please think for more than a quarter of a second before you leave a ranting, scathing review insinuating there is a vast right-wing kerosene-market conspiracy.
