(More customer reviews)There are a few 1 star reviews on here for this product so I thought those need to be countered with a 5 star review for how well this product works with incandescent lights. I cannot attest to use with fluroscent lights, but I have now installed 4 of these in my home (pantry, laundry room, and two closets). All have worked flawlessly for a year or more now.
I like the fact that you can adjust the time from 5 seconds to 20 minutes, allows for flexibility. Installation was a breeze (if you have ever installed a light switch before you'll have no problem with this). Works well, you walk in and "boom" light goes on and always goes out at time indicated. I live with people who love to leave lights on all over the house so this has been a real help to me.
