(More customer reviews)The is a great bird bath water warmer. There is a lower wattage de-icer but we opted for the 250 watt model. The de-icer has been in use for two years and has satisfactorily kept the bird bath ice free, even during the 10F winter of 2009-10 cold snap. Thus far there have been no problems with it.
