(More customer reviews)I received this for a gift. You have to keep it on all the time as it takes 45 minutes or longer to really warm up. It does not "warm" your towel. It does a great job of drying it, but doesn't really make it warm at all. The only place the towel will be warm is on the very middle where it hangs over the rail. If your intent is to buy one that warms your towels, look for something else as this is not effective at all.
