(More customer reviews)this is a good product. it works great for our 1,200 gallon coi pond, and we live outside of Chicago, where it gets bitter cold. we had 0-10 degree weather and i forgot to plug this in and the pond froze - i was worried it would not be able to dethaw the already frozen pond, but once plugged in, it had a nice hole in a matter of an hour or so. poor fishies, hope they make it! if they don't, it is not this product's fault!
