(More customer reviews)I liked the look and the size of the towel warmer and how easy it was to assemble and mount on the wall. I left a dry towel on the warmer for 20 minutes and I was a little disappointed by the lack of heat in the towel for the price. I am not sure if there is a limit to how much heat you can add before you hit a "danger zone" but the towel never made it to that point.not even close. Without having another one to compare I gave this one 3 stars...-2 for lack of higher heat to suit me.
