(More customer reviews)Bought this bulb to replace a 150 watt one that was nice but not as warm. This one is TOASTY! Almost too warm now that the weather has warmed a bit. It is an excellant heat bulb for the Chicken coop to keep the girls from freezing on the cold winter nights. Also, the heat is not adding light which is bad for them. The red bulbs keep mine awake at night. The wears the poor things out not to get good sleep.
