(More customer reviews)The product description is "Aquarium heater ideal for up to 50 gallon tanks" but the package says it is only good for up to 30 gallons. My turtle is in a 50 gallon tank but it's only about 75-80% full and since the package didn't come with any paperwork (receipt, return info, etc) I decided to just give it a try. Unfortunately, my turtle is still cold; the heater isn't powerful enough to warm the water to 78-80 degrees F.
