(More customer reviews)I bought it from a local fish store and I had to return it because it could raise temperature really high after it was consistent for a few days. I just happened to catch it before it started cooking my fish.
One time, I was getting 83F in my 40-gallon tank even though it was setup at the 72F mark. This usually happened about 12 hours after I changed water about 10% in my tank. During the change, the water level never went down the minimum level required on the heater but it was turned off. At 72F mark, it was heating for 76F minimum. If I switched one more notch, it heated above 80F. I had a lot of close calls with it and I'm not definitely recommending this Hydor Theo 200W T11302..
