(More customer reviews)You get more than you pay for! I have the last years model, but its the greatest. With two dogs and a toddler I was worried at first, but when it gets knocked over it turns off. It's rugged as the general was, any - though not pretty - defiantly reliable. If anyone asks me about heaters, I say "Get a Patton."
