I use. Expensive? Yes. The heater alone is expensive. The installation is very expensive. I had to add a water
softner, install a larger gas line, install the valve kit etc. My total cost (no labor) was about $2000.00. It is
a little slower coming up to the correct temp because it starts from "off". I also have well water which requires
a greater temperature rise then city water. This is not a problem and is by far offset by having enough hot water for any of our needs. The maintenance is easy and only takes about an hour or so a couple of times a year. The water softner is a must because of the hardness of the water. I would recommend this system to anyone.
