I called, ordered the unit and in 3 days it arrived. The Sports Warehouse was stellar to deal with. You only wish more companies had this level of excellent customer service.
The iheater rocks! It warmed our store in 10 minutes. The safety factor of not setting anything on fire and being able to stand close to the iheater is supremo. The iheater gives a very even & comfortable warmth.
This unit will definitely pay for itself this season. We have a 3 ton electric heater which costs us about $3/Hr. to operate. The iheater will be only $0.40/Hr. to run (NYC commercial rates). BIG DIFFERENCE! We will only have to run the larger 3 ton unit 1/5 of the time now. For our winter heating budget even with the purchase of the unit we will spend less money.
This was a great purchase and value. We are really pleased!
