(More customer reviews)We purchased four of these in Oct of 2008. The units immediately had problems with starting up, either not at all or constantly cycling through the ignition phase. We had the local service company come out to fix all four under warranty and that fix only lasted for a couple weeks before we had the same problems again. Finally a DCS rep came out and they put in updated igniters, which seemed to do the trick. Here it is a year later and problems again with two of the four units. DCS told the local gas company store that we bought them through that they have washed their hands of the problems now that it is a year later and the warranty has expired. Typical.
