(More customer reviews)I attached one of these emitters to the top of my parrots' cage since it gets cold at night. It's working fabulously -- nice warmth, but not hot, without any light to keep the birds awake. Even with the cage covered, it does not get too warm for the birds. So it's NOT just for reptiles!
