(More customer reviews)I have this model and it works fine. I think the other reviewer simply got a lemon. I may return it only because it doesn't put out that much heat. It is energy efficient, but takes a while to warm up a tiny room. It has a safety tip-over feature but I never leave any heater unattended. If it gave out more heat then I would've given it 4-5 stars.
