I finally managed to set the temperature I wanted but could not get the hi and lo settings figured out. The one glaring problem with this controller is the temp probe is about 3 ft too short. Why they skimped on this I don't know. I have another heater with remote controller and the sensor probe wire is 3 to 4 ft long. Then you can remote mount the controller away from the tank. The Finnex controller is so short you have to put the probe near the top of your tank and then the controller barely makes it to the bottom tank line. This is on a small 50 gal tank too. Ridiculous in my opinion.
