(More customer reviews)Very disappointing.... 3 hours to assemble... and even with a plumber friend had a hard time getting the LP gas connections safely connected. Overall this unit seems a bit cheap and flimsy -- wouldn't buy this again if I had the chance to do it over. Keep looking - there's got to be a better unit on the market!
update: March 2008: It's now been a year since we bought this and every time we turn it on I feel a little guilty about this review. Yes, assembly was a pain, but once we got it together, it's worked flawlessly since and puts out great heat. Amazon won't let me upgrade this to 3 or 4 stars, but I did want to add that this has been a good unit.
