(More customer reviews)I have a 20 gallon freshwater fish tank and this little heater does the trick. Keeps the temp at a nice consistent level. The only problem is that, on the unit I received, the temperature that it is set to is about 2-3 degrees colder than the actual temperature it heats the tank to. If temperature is a crucial factor for you, be sure to have a reliable thermometer in your tank so you can properly calibrate the heater.
