Pros:
- Very quiet
- Puts out a lot of heat
- Cheaper than heating the whole house
- Manual (not digital) dials
- auto shut-off when tipped over
Con:
- Doesn't automatically shut off after room gets to a certain temp (The digital heaters I've used that automatically shut off tend to malfunction more quickly, including many that have overheated and made the room smell like burnt plastic. If I had to choose, I'd rather put this heater on a timer than have a digital heater malfunction.)
I just purchased a second heater for our other bedroom.
