(More customer reviews)I love this heater. My parents had one and I liked it so much I wound up buying one of my own. In my opinion this is the most comfortable type of space heater. It doesn't dry out the air or leave you with a sore throat, and feels like sunlight. Its also completely silent. I enjoy the glow of it, reminds me of a comforting fireplace, though this may bother some people if they are trying to sleep if you don't like light. However, if you are looking to walk into a hot room with this in it, this isn't what you're looking for. It warms what is in the light in front of it but not the air.
EDIT: I had originally given this product 5 stars, unfortunately since then, the safety switch on the bottom just randomly fell out. I emailed customer service and they said I have to go through amazon to get a replacement. Granted, it could have been damaged during shipment (though I doubt it, the box was completely fine), but they sure were quick to try and pass the buck so they wouldn't have to follow through with their warranty. Looks like I'm on the hunt for a new company and a new heater...
